    Sure they would but unless you are aware of the situation and can ask the right questions and are fully aware of the type of agreement, the best lawyer on the world can't read your mind to tell the difference between what you think you are getting into and what you actually are getting into.

    A lawyer is there for the legal stuff. The rest is up to you.

    What would you need that kind of capital for? Is it for technical aspects of the site, or is it for another project on the site? What garuantee would the buyer have that this money was going back into your site?

    Maybe if you disclosed what the money was needed for you could get soem more intrest drummed up.
