    I am looking to clear up some websites on my server. So this one is http://mendingcredit.com

    It comes with everything you see there. Perfect website for a CREDIT BLOG!

    The website is 8 old, making it very easy to rank. It comes with everything you see there. As you can see the domain is keyword rich and getting traffic! As you know this Niche is one of the higest paying Pay per click!

    I assume this site/domain has been penalized? It's not listed in Google when searching "site:mendingcredit.com".

    No it hasnt since I have never done any SEO on it. It is listed in other engines, but again never did any SEO..

    That is not true. Open Site Explorer shows backlinks investedmore (dot) com and upon visiting that domain it shows up as a footer link. A very bad idea.

    That is not the only crappy SEO technique you are using. Also HTML entities instead of the actual text:

    And the lame "blog roll"/"sidebar" links.

    Poor content ripped off from other sites (albeit probably spun) such as Ezinearticles (dot) com, but you left so many clues and footprints.

    So, all-in-all, it's no surprise that it is not indexed by Google. No idea why you did not just clean the site up, remove the site wide on the other site. And be honest.

    After my due diligence, I'll have to say - I pass. Anyone else interested, take great care and do further research.

    Site was setup years ago, so maybe the SEO that was done on page, got penanalized but it doesnt change the face that the domain is 8 years old, getting traffic and can easily be fixed :) Anyway I just lowered the price.. Just looking to make room on my server.. Let me know thanks
