    I am looking to clear up some websites on my server. So this one is http://talkms.com/
    It comes with everything you see there. Perfect website for a Microsoft Forum!

    The website is 8 years old, making it very easy to rank. Vbulletin license will not be transfered as I already purchased it second hand, so it can not be transfered again. As you can see the domain is keyword rich and getting traffic! As you know this Niche is one of the higest paying Pay per click (TECHNOLOGY)

    Threads: 181,452, Posts: 236,236, Members: 124,454, Active Members: 1,097

    When I was more actively promoting the site with SEO and posts, The site was making almost $200 per month via Adsense and private ad sales. I have neglected this site for years, so it should be easy to get rank and make $$$$ fairly quickly.
