    A number of reasons

    1) It's a paid directory which cuts down on a lot of the submissions
    2) It hasn't nearly been promoted the way it should (huge potential there)
    3) I never took the time to populate the directory myself with quality sites (good idea)

    Can you provide proof of income?

    How have you promoted the directory, I'm referring to selling the links?

    Will you move it to the buyer's hosting account?

    Can you fix the site so that it displays correctly in all versions of Firefox?

    Will the back links to the site remain after the sale, or will you be removing any links to it from your other sites?

    You talking about the sponsored links? I've done design work with a client and he also wanted to promote his sites with me.

    If the directory sells at or near BIN I will move the site to the buyers hosting account.

    Yes if you let me know what version you're having problems in I'll fix them.

    Yes the back links will stay.
