Selling ~50 GeoDomains

    Hi!

I am trying to sell about 50 geo tagged domains I have for relatively large cities. Examples are:
    ARCHITECTKANSASCITY.COM
    ATTORNEYSGREENBAY.COM
    CARPETCLEANERPHILADELPHIA.COM
    etc....

I am wondering if anyone has any tips for selling this many domains. Auction? Email bot? Partnering with someone who can manually reach out?

These are things I have thought of but I am wondering if I can get a bit of support from the community on how it would be best to go about doing this.

    Thanks so much!

Everyone might not agree, but my solution is simple. Don't. You will be leaving money on the table. For each name, type in both the niche keyword and the city in Google and then make a record of what comes up. Check the landscape to see what other sites and companies are spending on Adwords. Keep the names that look hot and try to sell them, then get rid of the rest. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the input David. So you think contacting sites that seem to be spending money on Adwords and pitching the domain to those who are advertising for the keyword match of my domain would be a good approach huh? I have tried this with some of my domains but have found that most people don't seem to be interested. Not sure if it is because they don't understand SEO or what.

You're right, it's a numbers game and most won't be interested. However, if even one shows interest, IMHO at least you know that's a domain worth keeping and spending time selling. Even if you don't sell it right away, it will likely increase in value. Again, this is just my approach and it helps me evaluate supply and demand in the real world. Some may disagree. :)
