The site has no traffic or revenue as of posting but is a PR4 with a custom coded article manager and seo friendly urls.

This was a niche web site I started at sometime in January and it has taken off a lot better than I thought. It is a content site aimed a the xbox 360 game viva pinata which is searched for over 700 times a day via google. I havn't been able to get on the front page for that term but have for many other and as a result the site pulls in around 125 uniques per day on average.

Earnings are up to $35.55 for Febuary . I have experimented with clickbank and got a few conversions but I won't be including them in this sale as I can no longer use their service and have no record of earnings.

The content is uniquely written and the site requires no matienence at all.

This is a simple technology blog powered by wordpress, the site was hosted on blogger until I managed to pick up the PR4 domain threeleaftech and rename and move the site across at the start of feb.

The content is very simple and the majority of traffic comes from trackbacks and pings. I also have a link from allcreatives.net that brings in some decent traffic, this will stay in place permanantly after sale.

At present the site brings in around $44 per month. The revenue screenshot was taken about 10 days ago and the final income for this month will be around $44
