Something seems wrong with this sale besides being in the wrong forum. No proof of revenue. Domain is a few months old magically a .net getting this many type ins? I can't even see it being a typo of anything obvious. You are trying to sell at a week's revenue. Whois has updated in past 3 days (stolen?) This screams scam.

If it really was good traffic and real revenue, nobody in their right mind would sell for 7 days revenue on a type in domain. Even trademark stuff fetches like 6-18 MONTHS without problem. Only time I ever see these multiples are stolen domains and whois changes very recently are a common trait of such domains. You can report me all you want, you didnt even post this in the right forum.
