Selling 3 of my sites together (traffic and great potential for earing)

Ok, i have listed 2 of these seperatley, but now im going to offer them all together as i dont realy have time to run them and deal with seperate auctions.

The sites are:

It has a full clipshare pro licence which is valued at $199.00

But it comes very heavily modified by myself, Not only do you get the site itself, but there is also a huge opportunity within the clipshare community with some of the modifications that have been made to the site. The major changes that have been made are:

Site converted to CSS (there are litirally 100's of people on the clipshare community crying out for this layout, and ive even had interest from the software developer to use this layout, so if you get in touch with them there could be potential for huge profit there.)
MSN, Gmail, and Yahoo invite script - If properly promoted will be a massive tool in driving traffic to the site.
A system to safely allow adult videos to be uploaded.
New video player (Branded with Viddb logo)

A breakdown of what has been paid out for this site so far:

$199.00 for the software licances
$80.00 for invite script
$5.00 for new video player
Profit sharing - adsense and adultfriend finder

Presume little or no revenue as i have not promoted it, same goes for traffic.

Some of the pages are yet to be converted to the css layout, but this is extreamly easy to do, and also very easy to add new pages.

So dont look at this just as a site for site, its a huge opportunity aswell. Clipshare is currently running using a tabled layout, Theviddb is css, clipshare has sold 1000's of copies, and there are 100's of them looking for a css layout, which if you buy this site. I did a little survey on the clipshare site and asked what they would pay, most said between $30 - $50 just to download the css and the index page....200 x $30, do the maths

There is also opportunity to sell mods to the clip share community, i have in the past sold mods with installation at the following prices:

Video player mod - $30.00 - $5 to tufat
Profit sharing - $40.00

This basically involves logging into the buyers ftp account and replacing a few files.

With the right person in charge this could be a fantastic opportunity to make some money from both adverts and sales on the side.

www.proxy.ps - banned from adsense, but wil not effect your sites.

I've not had this site very long, but due to financial difficulties im going to have to sell up.

The site has had a few extras added to it, they key ones being:

MSN, Gmail. Yahoo invite script - users can tell all their friends about the site
Youtube video downloader - added as a little incentive to bring people back
Professional logo.
Re arranged layout of proxy page.

The site has a very easy to remember domain, and im yet to encounter anywhere that has prevented access to the site.

This is a nice little forum, nearing 100 members (all of which have confirmed their email address), not realy got the time to get it going, havnt got any ads or anyhting on this one, its getting about 50 visitors a day could quite easily get going, the template was purchaced form xtreme pixels. And is a very clean and professional layout.


Right the pricing, the offers ive had for indivial sites are:

So im starting this auction at $600.00 for the lot (for a quick and easy sale to one peron)
