Selling 2 of my forums - active and some rev too

Hi,
Selling two of my forums.
Both are active and each has members joining in daily.

Here they are:
1. NationalXbox.com - Xbox news and fan forums:

General:
899 active members, 6308 posts and about 2-3 new members joining in daily.
We got active members coming back and posting.
Comes with leased vb license (on the previous owner's name and about 9-10 months left on it), custom skins (4 of them) and domain free push at enom.
Forum had been SEO-ed and submitted to 1000 directories and got great google mappings to it.

Traffic:
About 80 uniques a day, 1900 uniques a month and 12,000 page view (see attached Analytics report).


Rev: low as I just put on Adsense (about a few bucks a month).

Reason for sale:
This forum requires a person that really is into Xbox to develop it and make it great. Also leagues and tournaments are needed and this forum will rocket!

Opening price: 380$.

2. Rioter.org - an active music forum.

General:
2416 members and 401 active members, 4221 posts and about 5-8 new members joining in daily.
We got active members coming back and posting.
Started off with some paid posting explaining the low active member count but has been live for a long while.
Comes with no vb license (I need the license for another board I own), custom skin and domain free push.
Forum had been SEO-ed and submitted to 1000 directories and got great google mappings to it.

Traffic:
About 150-200 uniques a day, 4600 uniques a month and 32,000 page view (see attached Analytics report).

Rev: 23$ in June (just started Adsense).

Reason for sale:
No time to develop it due to bigger projects I need to focus on.

Opening price: 400$.
