Selling 2 Free Web Hosts

I've been selling off most of my sites because I just don't have any time any more. This one HAS to go because I've been paying for the server for 3+ months now and still havent had the time to do anything with this. I really don't even have the time to gather all the stats right now so I will post them as people ask questions. Here are the basics on each site:

I had the time to develop the sites and never got around to monetizing them so there is almost no income from either site. HostEvo has never even been advertised ANYWHERE and somehow has 500 registered users. They both run on one server with the following specs:

Dual P4 2.8 w/ 2GB RAM and 2x 250GB hard drives. I think the price is around $125/mo. The buyer can take over my server or can transfer the sites to your own hosting. However, I can not help you transfer the sites to a new server so if you want to go this route I suggest you have experience with moving LP sites or pay the LP staff to move it for you. I think they charge $50/site.

I would say just the value of the sites would break down like this:
Domains ~$100
2 x LayeredPanel owned license - $348
HostAim custom design - $150-$200
HostEvo custom design - $250-$300
HostEvo custom features and integration - $500
Total - $1348 - $1448 (before adding any value to indexed pages or the number of users)

I would prefer to sell these sites together and I will entertain any offers over $800 but ideally I am looking for a little more. I'll set a BIN at $2000 for now.

Ok I just realized why some people are seeing the site and others aren't. My host is upgrading routers and switches tonight at their data center and their will be some intermittent downtime for some people over the next few hours.

Yes, same question for me. Have you made any money from these two or are you just paying for everyone's hosting? lol

 

The income is very very minimal. I think I've made maybe $50 or so in the 2 months I've had Adbrite on HostAim. HostEvo has no ads at all and hasn't even been advertised anywhere. So to answer your question, yes I've been paying for everyone's hosting out of pocket for like the last 6-8 months just because I have 0 time with my new job. I know that the sites could easily make enough money to cover the hosting costs if I spent a little time on them but I simply don't have that time.

I would prefer not to sell them individually but I will. The high bid on HostEvo is $300. There is no bid for HostAim yet. In an effort to try to keep them together I will lower the BIN to $1400 for both sites or $800 for HostEvo and $800 for HostAim.
