Selling Selling 18K alexa site, PR 5, wordpress related site

    Hi I am selling one of my main sites, listed above.

    The site has daily more than 6K page views and has very high potential.

    The income is

    Adsense- $400 a month
    Hostgator- 4 sales this month
    Filesonic- $30 in past 10 days
    We have also used harrenmedia and got around $50 till 25th but removed it because of low CPM, you could definitely go for some good ones..

    The page rank of site is 5, around 7K indexed pages and the alexa rank is around 18K which is increasing daily..

    Reason for sale: Need money for further investment.

    You can easily sell links from the site and we are now creating a email list as well, average 4 to 5 users register daily, also PR 5 site with 17K alexa isn't it worth
