    say i write an ebook, and put a good amount of affiliate link in it, idc if it gets passed around, but is there any way i can stop them from changing my affiliate links?

    Distribute it in PDF format. The PDF format has fairly secure methods of making your links unchangable. If someone really wants to change them, they are going to find a way, and there really isn't anything you can do about that.

    They could for instance just copy/paste the whole thing and re-do the links, then re-save as pdf.

    Most of the time the only reason an e-book is passed around is because someone changed the links.
