Sellers delay refunds?

    I encounter this seller , first time. This seller don't refund all. He refund one by one as i bought upsells from his product.

    Why he don't just refund all the money to me instead one by one ?
    I still got two purchase he haven't refund to me but already refunded two back to me.

    I feel kinda strange, is not he don't want to refund but why slowly refund?
    Next he tell me close dispute which I already done

    How are we to know why he does what he does, you're better off asking him.

    Ok it seem settle AFTER I KEEP asking pester , i really does hate this kind of seller , claim refund but never do that fast.

    If a seller does not satisfy you, for whatever reason, you can vote with your wallet by never buying from that seller again. You can take it further by letting others know about your dissatisfaction as @malky66 suggests.

    There are all types of sellers out there, just like there are all types of humans out there. Trying to understand why some sellers are worse than others will get you nowhere. Just make a note to yourself that this seller is no good and move on.
