Seller doesn't make contact and then leaves neg feedback

After reaching a sale with a buyer here at digital point known by the name Hitmanuk2k i was told an email address to send instructions to the buyer regarding payment and other instructions.

After sending an email i receive no confirmation or see any intention for the buyer to continue with the deal so resulted to having to accept the second highest offer on the site.

I received payment from the new buyer and once i got the payment from the new buyer conducted the deal.

Old buyer then sends payment to which was late and without notice so i have refunded the old buyer without issue and offered the explaination that due to lack of contact i had to sell the site to another party.

Buyer decided then to issue a negative comment on my 100% positive itrader profile after saying that this had happened before and that he was not going to stand for this to happen again.

I have now been reported to the admin here for the confusion but the reasoning for this was the lack of contact made by the buyer.

The listing clearly showed that i was looking to sell the site quickly and within 24 hours of my original post.

Do i have a case to answer to the admin or should i contact them with the thread id and show then my side of the story?

 

Its always worth to try get it removed, but you should leave him negative feedback explaining why exactly you have. If you want to do business in the future it will probably be looked at if the comment does stay and im sure any normal type of person would understand, at it would also give them the message that they be quick about the transaction

 

I don't think the forum gets involved in personal issues between members.

So the question of you "getting reported to the admin" does not arise.

How long did you wait before selling to the second buyer? And did you intimate Hitman that you were selling it to somebody because there was no response from his end? ( prior to him sending payment)

At the end of the day, the negative I-traders on both your profiles will stand I'm afraid.
