    This awesome site offers sound and interactive graphics. The site sells a 21-page e-book called "The Homesellers Tookit". The book is in Adobe Acrobat format. The site integrates with Paypal and provides automatic downloading of the product once payment is received. Each sale reaps you 100% of the profits - $27 a sale. You may tweak the price to however much you would like to sell the book for.

    The site is new so assume no traffic or revenue. I picked this site up along with some others and have no idea if the site or e-book is unique.

    I'll provide buyer one week of hosting so that they can move the site to their own host. Integrating the site into your Paypal account only requires your Paypal e-mail address.

    Please note that I disabled the checkout process for the purpose of this auction.

    Starting Bid: $50
    Increments: $5
    BIN: $200
