    ay_3 when you did your research on these sites what explanation did you get for the face that the seller is in Indonesia,

    the whois for the first site puts the seller in Egypt: http://whois.domaintools.com/visitecuba.info
    and the whois for the second site is incomplete: http://whois.domaintools.com/trafficboostersites.net

    The seller has opted not to use the standard tools such as paypal verification and domain verification. Were you able to do that independantly? What info were you given?
