Sell or Swap - RSS Directory & Clickbank Shop

As I am concentrating on my blogs I am putting my RSS Directory and Clickbank shop up for sale. The site is pretty new but has been getting around 20 uni ques a day without any promotion.

The site lets people add an RSS feed which is then displayed on the site. Visitors can search the site using either the category listing or search function. The site updates automatically to pull the latest feed for the user.

The clickbank store lists the entire CB product range using the latest marketplace listings. If a user click on a product they are sent to the site with your affiliate ID embedded.

The site has a administration back-end to control the clickbank database and rss database.

Revenue: The site has made around $12 from AdSense since I put it up. The site also has Google custom search installed to earn more revenue


Price?

I am looking to either sell the site for $$$ or swap it for a unique blog with PR and decent domain name. I am open to offers on this unique site
