    Hi:
I have a domain name since 2001. I'm sorry for not give you the name, so please understand me.
This domain or site was about web design and before I closed it reach like 2000 unique hits a month.
I closed this site almost 2 years ago because in that time all that kind of sites was for free and I got tired.

Right now I still own the domain and I realize that it can have more value than 2 years ago.

When I closed the site I password it, so Google inmediately kicked the site from Google because the bot can't reach the site.
But if you write on google the domain name (imagine abcde.com) it gets like 4000 results! I mean I have many backlinks of old sites, many of them are PR7, PR6....

I have removed the password yesterday, deleted all the old contents and have only a index page with 1 phrase on it :)
But in 5 hours I have received like 100 unique hits.

    So I have some questions:
    1) I suppose Google will index me again now and I can reach nice PR (I suppose I can reach like 5 or 6 because that total amount of back links)
    I'm correct?
    2) What is better: to sell the domain name for the value now it have or make another related site or maybe a directory to use the possible future PR?

Hope your answers please. I need some help to know what can I do in the future.
