since its a copy of neobux has all rights to sue you....!!!! i see the site getting tons of traffic but the thing is....is it organic or junk traffic.... also i have seen another copy cat site of this.... so for 10k is not justified... not even 50dollars if you don't provide proof of organic traffic where it comes from how many members active you have and etc etc etc..... you cant be selling a 10k page in this site.... no one will fail for it... also if you try to sell it on flippa your post will be deleted immediately .....
