    Well first a PR9 has 10s of thousands of backlinks and be one of the top 1000's on the net. This domain does not even have an alexa ranking and check backlinkwatch.com 0 backlinks.

    I would add to that, a PR9 domain would be a World News and would probably be sold for millions of dollars if it's real PR9 :)
