If it's going to another GoDaddy account, you just have push the domain to the account, at no cost. But, if it's goind elsewhere, then there's a transfer fee depending on the domain TLD and place to transfer too.

You just ask someone to buy the domain, pay, you send.

It's easy..first buy the domain and for that you must have to bid on it and if you won the bid than the domain is yours is yours.than the delivery of that domain will be in 5-7 days...some times it will be in 3 days and after that you have the mail from godaddy.com about the domain details..means that domain is totally yours and now sell it in any site of any forums you want the better price and it's finish...simple????

not to hijack the thread. However what is the best way to take payment for the sale of a domain. It seems there are reports of scammers paying with paypal, then filing a claim once the domain is transferred so they get the money and the domain..

I'm not sure of the exact process on how to get rid of this, but here are few tips i can suggest.

    1. Accept payment only through verified paypal members.
    2. If the transaction involves huge amounts $$$, then escrow payment is suggested.

I cannot think of anymore ways at this moment as I'm not into domain flipping business yet :D

If it's going to another GoDaddy account, you push the domain to the account, at no cost.
But, if they want to host elsewhere, then there's a transfer fee depending on the domain TLD and place to transfer too.

    1.Login to your Godaddy account.
2.Click for the "my domain" button.
3.Check for domain that you want to push to another Godaddy account.
4.Click for "account change" and click next button.
5.Fill the form with the personal informations that you get from the first steps.
6.Click Next button and finished with click OK button.
7.Godaddy will sent you and the person who you push for an email.
8.The person receiving the domain will receive an email with codes that they need to enter into their account, in the 'Accept Account Change' section.
9.Then the person that receiving the domain, should go through the whole Checkout process just as if they're registering a new domain - they even need to enter payment information, even though the cost is listed as $0.00 !.
10.The tips and trick to follow the checkout process without enter the payment informations is select the 'pay by check' payment options.
    11.Then the domain was pushed.
