    Although a domain with no content/traffic (the site was down when I visited) is unlikely to fetch much more than nothing.

    Go to the market place on DP and raise a bid.
    Sell it for the highest bidder.

    Or just price it to sell.

    Just pay attention to the itrader of the buyer. Pick the ones with good historic transaction records.
