Contact advertisers using search engines, like Yahoo and Google. Ask them if they too would like to advertise on your site. Also, find similar sites as your own and contatct the advertisers there. Offer them more space and a picture to sweeten the deal.
you can simple add a page on your website that says Advertise Here. if you have your own list then you can contact them and let them know they can advertise on your webpage. On your website that has the information on prices, you can simply add a paypal button and if someone wants to advertise. They can contact you and just pay you threw paypal. You don't have to go threw other networks.
How difficult is it to send them an e-mail? It sounds like you just don't want to work that hard. With textlinkads you have to pay them, thus giving away part of your earnings. Well, anyway, good luck with what you are looking for.
Finding a list of companies to contact is kind of hard dont you think? If I had a network those who are better connected, I can try those out.

Not all of them are companies. Hell, just about all are just your average ol' Joes looking for more sites to advertise in. They are all right in front of you.
'Advertise here' definitely helps but there has to be technical infrastructure to define ad zones, price them, sell, approve, receive payment, rotate, report and get feedback. OIO Publisher plugin does all these pretty nicely.
I have found that when your Alexa rank goes under 100,000 advertisers will come to you. I'm not sure why they like Alexa but they do. Selling ad space on your site, if that is what you want to do, should be handled person to person. These are paying customers and they are buying a service. Also, are you willing to put up anyone's ads and risk the reputation of your company? Just like Google has quality guidelines you would want to have them also. You will also want to post stats and such to prove you are getting traffic. Currently your scores are rather low according to available stats on the net, much lower than 500 uniques per day, so I doubt many people will be hunting you down for advertisement placements or taking your word for it when other entities say different. Going door to door will get you the long term customers. And it really isn't that hard to do. Just a bit time consuming. I guess that is why they call it work. The best of luck to you!

I'm sorry but your Alexa rank itself suggests that your traffic numbers might be wrong. My site is getting close to crossing 200,000 Alexa rank and now I am able to sell private advertisers. Honestly use CPA until you reach that level.
