    No offense, but why would someone pay $500 for muaturun.org if it only makes $10 a month on 20k visitors? You say you haven't optimized the site for monetization but, that's the only reason someone would buy the site. If it does have that much traffic, throw any sort of ads on it, make some money and you'll get your $500 asking price. Otherwise, people are only gonna pay around $50 for a site making $10 a month...

    As for the Classifiedadv.net, its an established free classified ad with content and traffics.

    thanks for the advice.
    but I really do not know how to get it optimize for best monetization.
    that is why I want to sell it, so anyone that have the experience with the same site niche can get the advantage of the traffics(the site received average 1.5k visit perday in aug09). If I know how to get it monetize the site, sure I am not going to sell it.
