    I might consider selling this site I created a few months ago. All the content is unique and written by me, I worked in the Self Storage industry for over 7 years. No other self storage site is like this one. It has the potential for adsense clicks around $0.50+ on ALL ads. It really hasn't made much and would be sold as no current revenue.

    Your not buying this site for revenue, but for the unique concept and content that is found no where else. If I had time to promote and work this site I would, but my humor network keeps me way to busy.

    This site is almost completely indexed by Google and has backlinks.

    This is not an auction, send me private buy-out offers or post them here.

    Includes, domain, all content, 6 months support on self storage knowledge and information.

    There was another offer of $190 in PMs, this is rather turning into an auction, I'm going to take this offer if no othr offers in a few hours or someone does a $275 buy-out before i tell that person they won.
