I've been designing websites since 1999 when I started a guinea pig rescue site.
I'm a 30-year IT person and yet I STILL feel like a constant rookie in this business. At one point I seriously considered giving it up because of the challenge of keeping up with the kids, but what else would I do?

Now, I'm still at it and still constantly learning and I still love it!

I've also taught myself everything I know. I learned a few things in an introductory class I took in college (which i still am in college). Its hard to teach yourself all these things and still learn all the new things coming out on a daily basis. I can create a complete website, but still feel behind.
