Self Impressions..help.!!

I have a blog on blogspot and google also runs cpm ads on my blog.Accidentally to view comments i clicked on 'em in the posts section and generated 4 impressions on my blog.I get around 20-30 impressions on my blog but real high quality ones.Will 4 self impressions cause a doubt on google's mind..Should I report it to 'em or should I let the matter go??..

 

4 impressions is nothing to be worried about..

 

are you concerned about clicking them, or viewing them and creating impressions?

dont worry about the impressions, but make sure those are the last clicks on your own ads that you ever do..

I didnt click on my ads..just made 4 impressions on my site..thats all..

yeah, clicks r a no-no.. but impressions shudnt really matter as long as they r not excessive.

I get at least 100 impressions per day to one of my forums from me moderating changing stuff etc.

It's perfectly normal, just don't click them, you get a warning, then you get banned. Make sure if you click em, to note it was an accident in your warning email, trust me, youll get one. Their script marks you and a human follows it up later on, just explain it to them.

 

Yeah I'm getting over 100 impressions a day starting out - I check my blog frequently.

Dont mix up page impressions to ad impressions. Page impressions is when a whole page loads so that is counted as 1. But when the reports is set for ad impressions, that counts the amount of times the ads are shown. So if you have a page with 3 ads on it, thats counted as 3 ad impressions.

And Google dosnt care if you visit your own site. Impressions dont count, just dont click your own ads!!!

They don't care if you SEE your own ads. Oy.
They care if you click them. And even then, not so much.
As a test, I've clicked my own ads, WHILE logged in to adsense. Nothing happened.
Don't sweat it.

 

Yeah no problem if you click on your ad accidentally once they understand.

 

well to calm you down let me tell you one thing... i have around 30 domains all having my ads up... i open all of them daily.. now till now i must have made 100 imressions daily dont worry
