    Yes, you can use free hosting to host your Wordpress sites.

    Wordpress requires very simple requirements from hosting. Most of the free hosting providers can have those options.

    You can.But make sure they have minimum requirements. In my experience wordpress dosnt work with some free hosting.

    Why would you want that though? You can have a fully hosted solution for $.01 for the first month and $9 after that...

    Most free hosting is only for static html sites. Wordpress and other cms like joomla need mysql access and most free hosting doesn't provide that.

    Why don't you just use wordpress.com ? It serves tens of millions of hits on millions of blogs each day.

    yes, it is ok to host your wp in free webhost service like 000webhost.com or adwardspace.com
