I want to run AdSense on my wordpress.com blog. In order to do that I want to self host my blog. But I don't know how to do it. Also I want to do it without buying a domain name.(using free domain name or if possible the same domain name which I am having on wordpress.com - mysite.wordpress.com). If anyone know, please suggest me a A-Z guide for that. (Put a link for that article.) Thanks...
Go in your Wordpress admin panel and add a Adsense plugin for it and in it add your Publisher ID and then add that widget to your sidebar. It's so simple.
I haven't used the free hosting for Wordpress for a long time now. I don't know if you can do that. But from my experience, you can't do much with your blog if you're on the free hosting. Even installing plugins is not allowed. I suggest you just get your own hosting service and buy your own domain so that you can have full control of your blog. I suggest getting your hosting from JustHost. They throw in a free domain if you use their hosting service.
