I haven't read this book, but this review makes it sound like a lot of books going around that promise you the secrets to better health, a better memory, money, etc. Often times they seem like glamorized (and simplified) versions of legitimate advice (often a reworded version of conventional wisdom), which have been rehashed for profit. Remind me a bit of the tips for maximizing web profits some people sell. Anyone read this? Maybe it's just keeping people optimistic
if that is the title than i suggest to remove the quotes and commas, and specially that, "-" and then it will work. yes, i do agree, most of these advice etc stuffs are simple things that we already know, but then most of us still read these things
