Start by doing a Google for online businesses and join a few news letters and forums. Get the pros and cons then start small and see where you end up. Who knows, you could be the next Internet millionaire success story.

Well, I'm 99.9% sure that the majority of webmasters will be self employed, and will be able to work the hours they want. The great thing about making money online is that there are so many options available to choose from. Firstly, as mentos suggested, you could do some freelancing. This would mean doing jobs for other people upon request such as writing, designing, coding, link sumbission and so on: basically, whatever you're good at, you can do. The second option is a bit broader, and consists of you making a website. You can then put affiliate links and/or PPC adverts to make money.

How about starting your own online business? It's not hard when you have the right information. But you do need to have absolute faith in yourself and take consistent action. When you get the right information. Implement what you know. That's the key.
