    I am always apprehensive about this kind of problems with these kind of People's Choice.
    There are always going to be something.
    But I don't believe -- removing www.allthelook.com will resolve the issue.

    Chetan is Right --he must now choose the top 5 directories himself--and IMHO -he should have final saying after checking everything
