Hello I have 5 statements that I want people to select in the order of they like. The first one selected should have the value 5, 2nd 4, 3rd, 3, etc. How can I code that in a form? I saw something like in the left box we have the options and an "add" button, when people select the option and press the add button, their selection is moved into the added list. How can I do that? Is there any other/better way? Thanks!
