SEF URL's... failing in 2nd level menu items

    I'm building a site on 1and1
    http://s323460386.onlinehome.us/index.php

    using the Main menu on the left, top level menu items are SEF-friendly and working
    http://s323460386.onlinehome.us/index.php/for-employers

    But 2nd level menu items are erroring out.
    http://s323460386.onlinehome.us/index.php/for-employers/find-a-professional-now

    Is there something I'm doing wrong?
    In global config, SEF is on, but apache_mod is off... I've tried it turned on, but it didn't help, and I have a .htaccess file.

    do you can use componnent for seo?
    you can use sh404sef & artiosef for seo (great componnent)
