Seems like Freedom of Speach on DP is not liked by some ....

While i do believe that discussion in P&R should try to be polite and civil i don't agree that the reason it should be polite and civil is because some people will break the law if they become offended.

Just like i believe discussions in the pub should be polite and civil, but they shouldn't be polite and civil on the grounds that if they aren't some big guy will punch you in the face.

if that is the route it takes we might as well just ask the people capable of DDoS attacks or the big guy in the pub what we are allowed to talk about and leave it at that.

 

I'm liking this more friendly approach lately, where it's ok to find common ground between people of different opinions.

 

I like it too, but I still refuse to remove Toopac from my ignore list.

they seem to be very sensetive about this. as you know they already have troops ready to enter iraq to go after pkk. i am not sure but i think US considers pkk as a terrorist organization also.

 

I'm not sure, i know they are considered terrorists by the EU though.

 

you are correct . in forum like this that allows people from all over the world to communicate with each other we should try to bring people together and try to find commom ground.
