    We have edited this directory daily and have always maintained it. The Super Premium listings renew annually. ($19.95/yr X 38) All other listings are one time payments. The directory is custom and based on business directory script.

    No, it does not look like you are reading that correctly. 9 years.
    There is currently $758.10/yr. in renewals. There is also ad revenue that varies adsense/cj. That is something the new owners will have to address / change. Another $1788.89 ppc over that period.

    Around 4 x 1/year annualized revenue is the asking price. OBO. Its a good, clean, well organized, established, long time directory. 10 minutes and a cheap directory script is what it is not.
