They don't have to both be the same person, so feel free to apply for one part of the job. I have numerous in-house projects I'm working on. One in particular is partially complete but the design needs improvement and the database functions need improvement/completion. Beyond advanced web design (basic/beginner designers need not apply) and database programming (MS SQL and MySQL) I need a programmer who is skilled in other areas such as PHP, Perl, Ajax, etc. Java, Flash, Shockwave, etc are also pluses. As I said, I have numerous projects I'm working on and am in need of a few highly qualified, reliable professionals to work with, preferably for a long period of time.
