There's enough info on that page for me to qualify as a content page, so I don't think you're in violation of the ToS at all . As for tips I think a leaderboard right above your content could work well.
I would put banner size w/o border in the middle of first, second, and third post... Since It's against TOS putting morethan 3 on 1page,,and you already have one at the right.... Good luck with AdSns
just put large rectangle on top of the download list. I have a download site like yours too, and rectangle above and bottom download links work best. Skycraper won't give you much revenue for the download site
