Seeking some sort of blogging tool

Hi,

I want to make a memorial site that people can upload pictures to. I suppose I am thinking it will need to be something like a blog but without the need to register first, perhaps. In a perfect world I would also want to be able to have a stock image of say, a grave stone that people can put their own inscriptions on. I have no idea if this is possible or feasible.

Any ideas would be gratefully received or even someone pointing me on the right track would be good! .

I would advise not having people uploading to your site without registering. You will be hammered with spam and everything else.

get a hosting with Cpanel anf Fantastico , in most fantastico blogs are ready to install scripts, you have then in clicks and maintain.
