Seeking Recommendations re: CPM Ads

    I'm looking for one of two things:

    1) A good CPM ad network that I can use for ads on my proxies and other sites.

    or

    2) A good ad server software package I can install and use to manage ads I sell myself.

    I you have recommendations for either, please post or PM.
