I am seeking a PSD to vBulletin coder.

The vBulletin is version 3.6.8, and I actually have four different themes that need to be coded.

I will not specify my budget, I need a quote.

Obviously, this is not something that is going to be massively huge in cost, so I don't see any reason to specify a budget.

If you're serious, please PM me your quote.

I've seen this thread in the morning, even though the design itself is nothing too fancy, it's obviously not a low-budget project as I can see a few things that some developers will get stuck with eventually. And it's quite a time consumming task to get it done properly, I'm telling it from my personal experience of working with PNG transparency and cross-browser compatibility result effects.

Here's why I think you're not being quoted. The design looks simple. I as a web developer would love to hear how much you're willing to spend on this to get coded into a vbulletin theme, just to get an idea if you're aware that you're actually looking for a complex task to be completed. Take the transparency effects away and you'll start receiving cheap quotes.

    Well said, Clive.

    UPDATE:

TRANSPARENCY IN THE CODED VERSIONS ARE NOT REQUIRED.
