Seeking a programmer to run a web hosting site based on Layered Panel. The site was once very popular but has had a series of issues over the last year with the site staying online. Installed a new Hard Drive recently and now the site appears more stable. Need: 1. The Hard Drive crashed in summer and there are still some users that have not had their files restored yet. Need programmer to assist users by restoring files wherever possible. Can contact users directly on Forum. 2. Need anti-phishing, anti-spam and anti-porn scripting installed. 3.
