Seeking Professional Web Developer For Project

I am looking to have this site www.thehomesource.com redesigned.

I want the site to have a web 2.0 look and feel with a built in wordpress blog that is not the main landing page.

I will lean towards a developer who has outstanding graphic skills and can help me from start to finish with getting this site up and running

I will only respond to PM's from developers who include a sample of their work or professional portfolio. Please include your rates and turn time on a project of this nature.

Payment strictly via pay pal 50% upfront and balance upon completion.
