Buying Seeking Professional and Talented Designers

    Not to waste anyone's time, I'm going to keep this brief.

    I'm looking for a select few professional and talented landing page designers. If you feel like you have the talent and ability to perform well, then by all means, send me a link to your portfolio for consideration.

    Requirements:

    -- Must have a SHARP EYE for detail. No generic or low-quality images are to be used. On the topic of images, you must have proper permission to use selected images on the landing page. Think stock images from iStockPhoto or Fotolia etc.
    -- MUST HAVE A SOLID PORTFOLIO! Don't send a link to irrelevant items such as logo designs, XHTML coding service etc. Web Design AND Landing Page Designs ONLY! (For anyone wanting to know, if your portfolio contains a mix of web design, landing page design, logo's, etc. This is fine.)
    -- *IMPORTANT* You must consent to accepting a peformance-based pay on the first 2 jobs. Numbers will be discussed in private but pay will be based on quality of landing page for the first 2 jobs. We can speak more on this through PM. After the first 2 jobs, we can agree to a solid rate at your discretion.
    -- MUST speak and write English fluently.
    -- Looking for a long-term designer. No short-term designers. Name, location and at least 2 references will be needed.

    With looking into your last 5 reputation I think you should think about...at least do some 1/2 upfront payment when someone do your project.

    Hey Artsurd,

    I appreciate the suggestion but I'll pass. The last 5 who commented, 2 of them were scams. Check their profiles and confirm for yourself, they were leaving negative reputation for a lot of people for no reason. I reached out to DP, their response was "too bad, we can't remove it." So there you have it.

    The other 2 (Moncal and bstunt) stated they completed a job for me however I didn't see a single thing done from them and they got mad cause I didn't pay. basically these 4 negative comments were scams so I'm taking precaution for myself working with someone else here. If your interested, message me, if your not serious about making money then please pass on this topic.
