Buying Seeking Pixel Perfect, FAST Frontend Developer for WooCommerce w/ Boostrap, USA $15/Hour

I am seeking a developer that can come online now and help with the development of our website. The dev environment is (no spaces): d e v . o e m b o x . c o m

I need this coded for the homepage (dropdown on menu must be maintained):

Requirements:
- Full understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 (do not use LESS or SASS for this project), Bootstrap
- Full understanding of PHP, MySQL, Wordpress, WooCommerce
- Experience with Photoshop with understanding of maintaining pixel perfectness
- Understanding ecommerce logistics
- Has an iPhone to to do QA and testing

I am estimating around 8-10 hours of work. $15/Hour, pay using PayPal. I can send a deposit for the first hour, and then payment for every 5 hours of work done.
