Ok so I have done SEO to my site but for some reason I cant seem to move up past my current position for my main term! I am at position 17-18 and have been for a few months now!

I have invested tens of thousands of dollars to this one term buying PR6 PR7 links and thousands of blog posts and sig links! Yet I cannot move above this position.

What am I missing? My site is SEO friendly, with SEO urls and it ranks decently with what I have done, but now as I build more links and buy more high PR links the site does not move! I already have more powerful links then my competition but still nothing!

    What am I missing?

If you have the answer please share it or I am willing to pay you to tell me the true secret! Please share with me asap thanks much!

#1) Are the links you've bought actually working? I use SEO Adminstrator to check my back links but there are a zillion other ways.

#2) Have you analyzed your competition?

#3) How long has it been since you've purchased the links? In my experience, Google is in no hurry to give you credit for your links. They shouldn't! Generally speaking, I plan for the long haul. I guarantee you these links you have purchased will be worth way more in 1-2 years, if you can afford to maintain them.

I have bought them for a full year, and its been about 4 months for some! By buying these links before I went from page 10 to page 2! Its just getting over this hump that is stumping me...

Yes all the backlinks show up in the backlink checkers and all that stuff.

If the site in question is graphixdot.com, I didn't see a lot of backlinks when I looked up your site.

In that case you won't get a good advice.
If you are trying to get better positions for words like "hotels" or "insurance" or some other very-competitive word, then it is a problem.
