Seeking New Article Writer- Full time work

Okay I just ran this thread a few days ago and choose two people- First one I sent to write 3 articles and the person never delivered, second person said they were full when I sent them one...I'm very upset at this point as I feel like I could have choosen someone who wanted to work.. but anyway
I run a blog network and I'm looking for a new article writer- The problem with the current writer is the time it takes to get the articles back.. I need someone who not only writes well but also can provide article within short period of time.. within 5 hours or less - Depending on sleeping patterns.
I pay between $5-$7 per article regardless of word count. Word count is usually at least 300 words..
Would prefer to use someone who has at least 5-10 itraders and who is reliable.
DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU TAKE MORE THAN A FEW HOURS TO COMPLETE AN ARTICLE, DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU CANNOT WRITE ON MULTIPLE SUBJECTS, DO NOT RESPOND IF AFTER I SEND YOU WORK, YOU WON'T COMPLETE IT...

It is really painful to see people making promises and then not fulfilling their own promises.It takes just a minute to put down few words making promises. But it requires committment alongwith the hard work to make it a reality.

What is the workload? I can generally type between 80-120 words per minute depending on if I know the materials or not.
