AdminFusion Seeking a Moderator Overview AdminFusion is a community dedicated to providing help and support to forum owners as well as sharing stories and tips from personal experience. We have recently released a new and exlusive automated post exchange which has been a huge hit. Traffic has soared, registration and posts per day have soared, and as you can imagine, we are in need of an extra pair of hands to help out. The basic roles of this person would be forum assistance and active participation in the forums. Applicants must live outside of the US and be extremely knowledgeable on forums. There will be no pay/rewards for this job, as it is 100% voluntary. Experience and Skills Required MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL - Must be very experienced and highly knowledgeable on every aspect of forums - except for technical aspects These features are including, but not limited to, forum creation, promotion, management/administration, modification, optimization, revenue, and advertising. Must have proof of experience, whether a resume of sorts or examples of posts elsewhere Good grammar is a plus, but not required An age of 18 older would be nice, but again, not a requirement Second most important factor is location. We are not accepting any applicants living in the United States. This is not because we hate Americans, but instead because our current staff of 4 consists of 3 living in the United States. We need to find moderators elsewhere to better cover the 24 hours in a day. Online (not on AdminFusion) at least an average of 2 hours per day (with exceptions of course) Have and use either AIM or MSN when online or willing to install one before receivng the job Moderate conscience - able to make good and fair decisions Job Role First and foremost, this person would browse AdminFusion daily and engage in discussion with its members Browse the forums a minimum of 30 minutes per day - absolute minimum Maintain a steady flow of posts per day, as to be sure to display a "staff presence" in the forums Provide support and assistance to the AdminFusion members Know and understand the rules well and enforce them properly and fairly using the vBulletin system How to Apply If interested, please send an application to jobs[at]adminfusion.com.
