I am looking for somebody who is an expert at delivering emails. These emails are opt ins from purchased lists but mainstream email service providers (ESP) does not see it this way. Ideally looking for somebody long term who can help manage our mass mail campaigns. Before, we were using GMass but the emails are no longer being delivered to the Inbox.
