Seeking Link Exchange Script for Multiple Sites

    Hi,

    I am looking for a link management script. Preferably one that doesn't use a database and can manage multiple domains and subdomains and allow a user to add their website link to one or all of my sites in one submission. Also needs to have function for admin to check if links are still reciprocating.

    Why is it impossible? I've seen someone with a script without a database but he is not willing to share the script he wrote.

    How about a script with one database?
